In the Bed Womb
03/23/2005
Today, I realized that my frustrations, angers, and illnesses are bed shaped. I always seem to end up in the comfy womb of my full sized bed whenever life seems a bit too bitchy to deal with. There’s a safety there whether I’m sleeping, reading, listening to music, or lying upon the clouds over thinking the reason why I’m there. Something about that piece of furniture offers solace to my known and unspoken wounds.
Could it be that pillows hold a special kind of wisdom?
peace,
zss
