Michael Jackson...Not as Easy as A, B, C

Since the verdict on the Michael Jackson child molestation case was handed down earlier this week, people all over the map have posted, debated, and voiced their opinion about the job the jury did.

The following is a copy of the position I posted to a message board.
=======================================================
I agree with those who have stated that it is difficult to make a valid judgement on this case based on not knowing all the information released in court and to the jury.

My heart goes out to the kid in this drama – remember him? According to other celebrities that took the stand like Jay Leno and Chris Rock, the mother has tried to scam a variety of people out of money in the past. Truly, I think she needs to be looked into. If it was a lie in this case, think of the damage she has done to her sons!

Also, I feel the mother should be charged a fee to pay back the state of California for her noted deceptions.

An exit interview with one of the jurors in the case noted the lack of credibility of the mother as a sticking point in the trial. Others also stated that "problem" along with the prosecution not proving their case. The feel I got from the interviews I heard was that they likened the prosecution case as a sort of "witch hunt."

True, MJ is weird as shit! Scary as shit! And tragic as shit!!!! But that does not make him guilty as shit!! Hopefully he will submit to intense therapy to deal with the noted abuse issues of his past, his self-concept, and his other psychological problems soon.

I don't wish him dead, harmed, or destroyed - what I do wish for him is help and hope!!

Peace,
zss
